Registration fees include 21% VAT.

*Students must upload proof of full-time study when registering online.
**Registration for the accompanying course ends on May 24, 2023.

Important: Payment for the registration fee must be made by the deadline for early or standard registration. If the payment is not received on time, your registration fee will be automatically increased.

Participant registration includes:

Participation in the conference’s professional program, including the poster session and exhibition
Conference materials, including the electronic version of the proceedings
Attendance at the social evening
Participation in the excursion
Lunches and coffee breaks (May 29 and 30, 2023)

Student registration includes:

Participation in the conference’s professional program, including the poster session and exhibition
Electronic version of the conference proceedings
Participation in the excursion
Coffee breaks (May 29 and 30, 2023)

Registration for accompanying persons includes:

Attendance at the opening ceremony
Participation in the social evening
Guided walk through the historic center of Prague (May 29, 2023)
Half-day bus trip outside of Prague (May 30, 2023)

How to register for the conference

If you want to register, you need to fill out the Personal Data Form and then choose the appropriate registration fee. During the registration process, an automatically generated password will be sent to your email address. This password is the same for all available online forms (registration, accommodation, excursions) and also for the online payment system (see Payment Terms).

For group registration (10 participants or more), please contact the conference secretariat by email at ps2023@guarant.cz.

Payment terms

The registration fee, along with other payments, must be paid in full in CZK before the conference starts, either by bank transfer or by credit card.

1. Payment by credit card

To pay by credit card, you can use the online payment system. The system is accessible with the password sent to your email during the registration process and accepts MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa cards.

2. Bank transfer

A proforma invoice with a ten-digit variable symbol will be automatically sent to you after completing the online form. Payments without a variable symbol cannot be identified, and the registration will not be confirmed.

Bank transfers can be made until May 15, 2023. After this date, only payments by credit card through the online payment system will be accepted.

Tax invoice

The tax invoice will be sent to you by email within 14 days of receiving the payment.

Cancellation of registration

The conference secretariat must be notified of the cancellation by email at ps2023@guarant.cz. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Any refunds will be processed after the conference has ended.

After registration cancellation, the following cancellation conditions will apply:

April 1 – May 2, 2023:	50% of the registration fee.
From May 3, 2023:	100% of the registration fee.

In case of any changes to the registration by the participant, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 150 CZK.

In case of event cancellation due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 150 CZK.

Name Change

If you are unable to attend the event, you can send a colleague in your place. The handling fee for a name change is 150 CZK. The request for a name change must be sent by email to the Conference Secretariat at ps2023@guarant.cz. Name changes are not possible after May 3, 2023.
