Registration fees include 21 % VAT.
Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or standard), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
Delegate registration fee includes:
- admission to the scientific programme of the conference including a poster section and exhibition
- conference materials including electronic Conference Proceedings
- admission to the Social Evening
- participation in the technical excursion
- coffee breaks and lunches (May 25 and 26, 2026)
Student registration fee includes:
- admission to the scientific programme of the conference including a poster section and exhibition
- electronic Conference Proceedings
- participation in the technical excursion
- coffee breaks (May 25 and 26, 2026)
The registration fee for Accompanying person includes:
- admission to the Opening Ceremony
- participation in the Social Evening
- optional social programme (May 25 and 26, 2026)
Group registrations cannot be processed online using a single email address. Each participant must have their own profile and email address.
To register multiple people under one company identity/invoice, please email the Secretariat at PS2026.reg@aimgroup.eu.

Cancellation policy
Until March 31, 2026 | No cancellation fee; a handling charge of EUR 20 applies. |
From April 1 to April 30, 2026 | 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. |
From May 1, 2026 onwards | No refunds will be issued. |
Other:
- in case of no-show you will be charged the full amount
- a name change (no later than April 30, 2026) will be charged at 10 EUR
- the final invoice will be issued based on the information provided during registration. Any changes to this information (address, VAT number, etc.) are only possible within 3 days of the registration date and are subject to a handling fee of 10 EUR
- in case the event is cancelled due to force majeure, AIM Group Prague reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 7 EUR
