Basic information
- Posters for the 16th Annual PS Prague 2026 Conference will be presented exclusively in electronic form, i.e., as E-POSTERS.
- Large-format LCD touch screens with a resolution of 1080 × 1550 pixels (portrait orientation) will be installed in the Kepler Hall for displaying e-poster presentations.
- The e-poster session will take place on Monday from 12:45 to 13:30. Please make sure to be present in the Kepler Hall during this time, as there will be an opportunity for a brief presentation of your e-poster and for audience questions. The session will be moderated by the session chair.
- Please prepare your e-poster in English.
How to Prepare an E-Poster
- We recommend using the provided template for your PDF e-poster.
- If you do not use the prepared template, create the e-poster in a portrait format, choose a clear layout, and use standard font sizes.
- The e-poster format corresponds to the monitor format, and only one page needs to be submitted in a .pdf file (similarly to the previous edition, when one poster page was submitted).
- The final version of the e-poster must be submitted as a .pdf file.
- The maximum file size for an e-poster is 200 MB.
- Content: Keep text concise; emphasize graphs and images; use a simple layout.
- Resolution: Ensure high-quality images so they remain readable when zoomed in on screen.
- For clear identification, name your file using your surname, the first word of your contribution title, and the word “Poster” (e.g., “SurnameTitlePoster.pdf”).
General information
- During your presentation, you will be able to control it using a touch screen.
- E-poster presentations will be recorded, including both the poster itself and the presenter.
- All e-poster authors are kindly requested to be present in the Kepler Hall at the scheduled time of the e-poster session.
- Please note that registration of the e-poster author is mandatory.
