- Please use this Full Paper TEMPLATE for your submission. All instructions for formatting your paper are provided directly in the document.
- All full papers must be submitted in English.
- The recommended full paper length is up to 8 pages.
- Common abbreviations do not require explanation. All other abbreviations must be written out in full when first used and their abbreviation must be given in brackets. Subsequently, only the abbreviation may be used.
- Upload your full paper to the Full Paper Submission Portal, where you have already created your account and submitted your abstract. You can log in to the portal using the same login details you used when submitting your abstract. You also received a link to your account in the portal in the abstract acceptance notification.
- After submitting your full paper, a system-generated confirmation will be sent to the submitting author’s email address. If you do not receive it within one week (and it is not in your spam or bulk mail folder), please contact us at ps2026.abs@aimgroup.eu.
- If you need to make any changes to your submitted full paper, please contact us at the above email address. Do not resend your submission.
- After submission, your paper will be processed and evaluated by the evaluation committee of the relevant section. A decision will then be made on the format of the presentation (oral presentation/electronic poster) and its final placement in the thematic section.
- Withdrawal of a full paper – if you wish to withdraw paper you have already submitted, please notify us.
